Rotating brushes carry the grit from every car before yours and drag it across the paint. We use snow foam, a clean mitt and clean towels, so sand is lifted off, never ground in. It is the difference between a wash and a slow sanding.

The bay

Emperor is an independent bay, not a franchise and not a petrol-station add-on. The people you message on WhatsApp are the people who foam, wash, polish and hand-dry your car. There is no sales desk in between, which is why the advice you get is the advice we would give a friend.
Industrial Area 3 suits the work. There is room to walk around a car, proper light to inspect paint before and after, and no drive-through queue rushing the mitt. Sand, salt air and brake dust are the daily enemies here, and the method is built around them.

Two-bucket method
One bucket for soap, one to rinse the mitt, with a grit guard in each, so dirt goes to the bottom and stays there. Wheels get their own bucket and their own brushes, so brake dust never meets your bodywork.
Honest advice
Polishing removes swirls, light scratches and sun-faded, oxidised paint. It cannot remove a scratch that reaches the primer, and it cannot rescue a clear coat that is already failing. We tell you which is which before we start, not after.
